The Living Room is the ideal space for intimate gatherings. This striking room was redecorated in 2008, but with all it's original details intact, including hand painted box-beam 20' ceiling, terrazzo floors, and original artwork. Relax and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Maury Island while enjoying music being played on the grand piano. Capacity of 50 for theater-style seating, or 30 for conversation and cocktails. Food service and beverages must be pre-aproved. Small children are discouraged to help preserve the historical furnishings and fixtures.
