Our six-story Landmark building dates from 1926, and contains a variety of public areas with beautiful terrazzo floors and handcrafted woodwork, containing a mix of period and contemporary furnishings and artwork. Rooms are rented out individually, packages are available, please contact us for details. The areas we offer for rental are as follows:
BANQUET HALL
Capacity of 150 for seated dining or 200 for reception or theatre-style seating. We provide up to 200 banquet chairs, and tables included in your rental rate. Rental includes use of Commercial Kitchen too.
AUDITORIUM
Room capacity is 250, 200 in theater seating, banquet chairs are provided in rental rate.
FRONT GARDEN/FOUNTAIN
Capacity of 120 in the Rose Garden, 200 on the front lawns. Due to seasonal weather conditions, outdoor ceremonies on the lawn are limited to June-September only.
LIVING ROOM
Capacity of 50 for theater-style seating, or 30 for conversation and cocktails.
LIBRARY
Capacity is 20, 14 seats around the meeting table.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

PARKING
Our parking areas have a capacity of 105 vehicles. Parking is complimentary.
PICNIC GROUNDS
Seating for 120. Large lawn area covers 1/2 acre, with ample room for games and activities. Adjacent restroom building with facilities for men and women.
